MESA exists to serve scholars from all backgrounds to become exceptional community leaders.
If authorized, MESA will be Jeffco’s first K-8 EL school.
MESA is named after the Spanish word for table, reflecting our belief that learning happens best when people come together with shared purpose, diverse perspectives, and a commitment to service. At MESA, every child belongs, every voice matters, and every scholar is challenged to grow as a learner and as a leader.
MESA is committed to ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Families are partners in this work, and communication is ongoing and collaborative.
MESA helps scholars develop habits that support lifelong success. This includes expectations around attendance, responsibility, and a developmentally appropriate dress code designed to help students show up ready to learn and grow as leaders. Expectations are inclusive, respectful, and focused on learning —not punishment.
Families are an essential part of the MESA community.
We are excited to partner with you in creating a school community where scholars learn deeply, lead with purpose, and serve with compassion. We need YOU to help make MESA a reality. Whether it’s handing out fliers, joining virtual meetings, or considering enrolling your scholar, community is imperative for district approval.
